To be honest, it's not a Psylocke/Hellboy mashup. It's supposed to be Psylocke literally dressed up in Hellboy's outfit, to poke fun at the "superheroines wear skimpy outfits" trend by having one of the skimpiest ladies dress up as one of the most masculine guys--whose costume just so happens to be even skimpier than hers.

Eh, it gets lost in translation.
